The point i am making is that there is nothing exceptional about any company employing an extra 2 people if the demand is there. IMO that doesn't warrant a thread heading, ADO full steam ahead.
If a company has limited funds and limited income and the wages bill looks like exceeding that, well we know what comes next, don't we?
