As I explained, financiers don't suddenly pull out of deals at the last minute unless something has gone wrong. In this case they did not pull out, but they suddenly changed the terms of the deal to a higher rate. Which means their risk assessment had changed.

Surely this was in the due diligence stage...and it's entirely reasonable to surmise that they found something that changed their risk assessment.

I simply make observations. We are all free to speculate and that's what happens in penny dreadful shares.

Another thing: GC and RM together were in charge of raising finance, and in charge of the company's financial situation (including spending), and strategy.

It was their decisions that brought ADO to the brink of desperation. The Canadian deal reflected that.
