I didn't think there was a huge community of scientists in Oz with battery tech. ADO tech is in rarified air and might find it hard to recruit top tier scientists unless these ads are international. If the latter, then its a good and cheap way to get top talent. A lot of overseas scientists would jump at the chance to get to move to OZ and the coveted permanent residence.
