I'm a shareholder and work in insolvency...

Let's wait and see if a 3rd party (I guess the Chinese shareholder) proposes a DOCA or a creditors' trust to recapitalise KZL to save it from losing its ASX status (if this happens, expect KZL to trade at 0.00001cents).

If none of the above happens, KZL goes into liquidation or a DOCA, then funds are distributed like so:

1. Administrator's fees and cost(solicitors etc.)
2. ANZ & employees
3. Unsecured creditors
4. Shareholders.

It will be a long time before you see a penny if that...

I would prefer if the Chinese re-capitalise KZL and my stock is worth $100 than $0.
