That is a good point. I have to go back and check but i believe that CNNC did not fund its share of the running costs of LHM. This will then be a liability for CNNC to have to resolve now that the company is in Administration. If it doesnt it will face action. To be honest , it is hard to understand CNNC's actions. Even if one makes the assumption that they wanted to pick up LHM on the cheap, their actions make no sense. Everyone has assumed because this is a Chinese enitity that they are playing some smart long game. What if they are not smart? What if the people running CNNC really have no idea? In that scenario some things begin to make allot of sense. I really hope Woods and his team resolve this and protect the shareholders. His actions from the time of their appointment have been very positive , so far so good.
