I hear what your saying and feel your frustration. There is not much the Admisnstrator can do for past bad behaviour from CNNC. Maybe one can mount a case, but it doesnt help the situation. However, if CNNC has neglected its obligations as a 25% partner in LHM , well , that is another story and Administrator can easily enforce payment and settlement of liability. That is what will happen. And if CNNC becomes belligerent they can apply to the court to have the debt settled out of their equity share. Remember this is an internal LHM issue and exists outside of the other issues. The more i think about it, the more it appears this may be why CNNC did not exercise their option. I think there is enough "evidence" so to speak that CNNC want to squeeze PDN , weaken them, then pick up LHM on the cheap. But foolishly they believed that their obligations that they did not meet could be swept to the side. Maybe they could of got away with it if the company wasnt in admisnistration , but now that it is run by Administrators, they will apply the full power of Corp Law. It is very strange how they walked away, which suggests that they could not pay. More accurately they gave one representation to their powers in China only to learn is way off.
Like i have said in many posts, this situation is easily resolvable and a number of proposals have already been floated earlier this year which had overwhelming support. So a deal can definitely be done. It appears that is what the administrators are working towards.
