Only in the scenario of them relinquishing some of that 25% to cover the costs (unlikely as it may be). Ex. If they owe $100m and 25% of LHM is now known to be worth about $145m.. hell even if they only owe $14m after the loan etc. that's still 2.5% we'd claw back...
