There is at least one, BCD. it was almost a basket case, went into administration after the mine disaster in 2005. Eventaully pulled itself out, paid off all its debts and looked quite good for a while, then almost lost the company due to inefficient production and increased minig costs, some poor management decisions and a bit of a run in with a "rescuer". Now at 1c on the market today after having gone down to .007. It's actually looking like there might be a bit of a comeback for BCD shareholders to recover some of their losses.
So, don't despair totally. PLA does appear to have some asset backing so you hopefully will not lose the lot. It is possible to pull back from administration but it can take quite a long time.
