The fact that they didn't even try to raise more capital - e.g. via a rights issue (and that they had just received $5m from sale of Panton) indicates situation must be truly dreadful and much much worse than previously announced to market. Even dogs like NAV, KMC, MUN batted on for a long time and preserved some shareholder value by raising bit more. PLA has gone straight to the knackery. Expect some very bad news. PLA Directors have a lot to answer for.
