you are reading Northcape holdings incorrectly.
On 12th June they sold down to 26,117,813 or 5.17%
On 21st June they sold another 1,059,812 shares.
New balance =25,058,001 or 4.96%
Below 5% they are no longer a subsantial holder.
Not a lot traded volume went from that day to tradin halt date.
Northcape would still approx 25mil shares imo
