Temenos shares now trading at around 10.3 Swiss Francs which is around $10.70 Aust. - this adds another $3.5 million in value.
I agree - why give away these shares by taking an issue of ADL shares at three times the value they were trading at the time if you don't think there has to be some substantial future?
