Boardroom "brawl" seems to have resolved itself with the major shareholder (Kim Goodall) taking greater control. The share deal has now gone through with ADL gaining control of 3.0million shares in Mencius by issuing shares in ADL at 20 cents. Assuming the Mencius shares are trading at the equivalent of $8.00 per share this surely is a great deal for ADL. The company gives the appearance of trading profitably at the present time so maybe there is some scope for an increase to nearer to 20 cents in the share price.
Anyone have any further thoughts or knowledge concerning this stock?
