mike - I remember someone mentioning last Friday on the threads that $5m wasn't such a big deal and what was all the fuss over HTX about??? ... and that comment stuck in my head over the weekend. As I went away (South Coast) over the weekend I wasn't able to get any research done, so thought I would focus on it today.
Yes, when I was researching this Company earlier this afternoon that was an article which I read & which I assumed was released by HTX, which was one of the reasons why I placed the call into them them this afternoon. It's obvious that 750,000 units @ $70/royalty per unit is not $5m but moreover ~$50m ($52,500,000 actually). I thought it relevant to mention this on the DT thread as initially I thought this is where I heard the $5m figure being bandied about. I initially just bought HTX for a trade, but today when I looked a little deeper into the Company and I read the $5m figure in the article for myself I automatically assumed it was in context with a Company release (I didn't really even notice the date either at the time). Wasn't it???
In regard to the 'Bio-Asia Product of the Year Award', the Company wasn't even aware that it's product was nominated or tested for this award (this was in an ASX release) until they got the letter in the mail; and on the 'panel of judges' was a guy called Dr. Steven Burrill who is one of the leading Pharmaceutical financiers and Scientists in the world.
