As a relatively small investor in MLA I am interested in whether anyone understands how one consolidates a stock on a 10 to 1 basis , say 15 cents at best post con and then expects to raise $12m at 30 cents to give you an equity stake in at best a break-even business? Does anyone else think this is doable?
