As of last year the Hong Kong Companies Register identifies the directors of Adistem Ltd as Bill Paspaliaris and James Thornton. The company has a single shareholder - GL Holdings Inc. B.V. located in the tax haven of Netherlands Antilles.

Bill Paspaliaris seems to also be known as Vasilis Paspaliaris. His Linked In profile indicates he was a director of Adistem from the period of July 2006 to Oct 2012.

The Medivet Company Overview document from the Medivet web site lists Vasilis Paspaliaris as being part of Medivet -

This document was created in 2009 so it may be out of date now. However it would seem he was a key person during Medivet's formation and worked closely with both companies at that time.

So as well as Adistem Ltd holding a 2.5% equity stake in Medivet Pty Ltd (as disclosed in the MLA EM) it would seem the other direct link between the two companies is or was Vasilis Paspaliaris.
