We know Medivet license part of their their Stem Cell technology from AdiStem out of Hong Kong (www.adistem.com) "in return for world-wide royalties and an equity stake".

On the AdiStem site, it references research coming out of Australia and there is also a related research company here called AdiStem Pty Ltd with a Dr Nicholas Ede as the CEO.

Does anyone have a handle on all this?

How long is the license, what sort of equity stake etc etc?

AdiStem are also a player in Human Stem Cell treatment. How big a player are they?

Who is Nicholas Ede and does he also have equity in MediVet and/or Medical Australia?

I'm not implying any problems, just weaving my way through to try to cut to the chase and see who the main beneficiaries are going to be in this new venture and just what share MLA ultimately get out of this.
