ADE is about to get Approx 12 million cash from the BPT deal. So if you match market cap and cash in the bank soon then it may be that its a 1 for 1 change of shares. This will certainly not be good for SNE.

SNE is a otway basin play who wants to get into the copper and ADE may want to get into Otway.

The deal is a win win for both companies but I just have real doubts about a SNE premium considering the copper is somewhat derisked because of BPT.
