Opinions anyone on the agm resolution 7: approval of additional share issue capacity? So the co is seeking the authority to issue an additional 10% of shares (on top of the existing 15% already approved) within 12months. I’m inclined to vote no. Apart from the obvious dilution of share value, Exl haven’t made it clear why they require the capital (I thought they were cashed up). Maybe they’re planning huge expansions for Hemp Foods and Elixinol US, but I’d like to know....
