The governmental approval of the Carmichael coal project in the Galilee Basin was announced yesterday. This should be encouraging news for Bandana. Carmichael will be the largest coal mine in Australia and perhaps, the World. It is apparent that the Greens' concerns with regard to groundwater and pollution problems have not stood in the way.
