This happens on a number of sites that you may click on in a previous or current web session. For example I went onto booking.com and for months afterwards I kept getting the little adverts for booking.com on the adverts on any page I looked at. The same happens with webjet.

So chances are you are getting these adverts on a regular basis but people whom have never been to the pericoach website wont see them. As you can see the key here is to get them to the page once and then they will get a constant reminder.
