As an example , if OOK's share price increases like it did at the beginning of the year in the high teens, OOK could instruct Acuity to sell 10% to 20% of the daily VWAP per day and the cash from the proceeds of the sale (less 10% commission) goes straight back to OOK. The important thing to note is that its at OOK's discretion and there is absolutely no requirement for the company (OOK) to use the facility. If the facility is never used Acuity simply give the shares back to OOK .
