Actual value of TAS shares to EDE

TAS Tasman  holds 44.37 % of the issued capital of EDE and also 111,356,779 EDEO options exercisable at 3 cents wortth ( 44.3 % 0f the listed optons)
Together This investment should have a better market value
everyone is doing a deduction for tax and that if TAS sells out they will pay tax on the money but if you buy EDE when you pull your money out you will pay tax on that to but you dont derate the share for that so why are people bagging out for if they sell they will only be worth less than that plus if it is like a personnelly holding the shares after 12 months of holding tax is 50% less (could anyone confirm this for me) which if they did that and paid a dividen it would be a good pay day and the company could save alot for further development or wait and have a diveden paid from EDE!
