Yes, the first article on the 3rd March seems as though he actually called and spoke to them from what I can read and was not given any hopeful messages so he produced the negative article on Freshtel.
The piece the next day is simply a reprint of the PR spin announcement. Pretty stock standard stuff.
Maybe you shouyld send him all your wacky theories on how MNF were given their VOIP customer base from Symbio and expand on your MNF Smoke & Mirrors theory, yeah? Go on, I dare you! LOL!
