    I could not agree with you more.

    JD is for sure the best thing that
    could happen to JD or I mean GWR.

    He will be an outstanding Director and
    will be worth all he takes or I mean is
    paid.

    He takes from GWR or I mean brings to GWR
    a huge backround in drilling people or I
    mean rigs for the benefit to him or I
    mean shareholders.

    All is going to plan.
