To be honest I am a bit confused here. Firstly, it was announced that there would be no March Qtr dividend and instead the divvies would henceforth be paid 6 monthly, so okay, am expecting a divvy possibly in July, which would be the 6 months ( last paid December 2016). This just announced possible "return of capital" in 2nd half calendar 2017 I read as something over and above the divvies. Do others read this the same way ?. We have been selling houses with a profit gain, we have income from the multi-apartment rentals, so as far as I can make out we have a sustainable dividend owing, and the return of capital is I presume on top of this should it eventuate. Hope some clarification is forthcoming for "non-accountants" like most of us in investor-land
