    Lessee. I reckon we'd need 400 million shares to have a shot at winning a floor fight with Mercorella ... we run on a platform of cutting the sh!t out of admin costs (especially board fees, offices and exec pay) and then using half of net cash flow to buy back shares on market.

    At 0.4 cps, that would be $1 200 000.

    Wanna put it on the agenda for, say, February '05 ?
