    Good point, but I think the Lion shares in Entek are escrowed ... checking the prospectus. Yep, they're escrowed.

    The funds are likely to be needed for Oseil capex before they're out of escrow, but it is a significant corporate asset, especially if the Cooper dirt is as prospective as I think it is.

    At a 20c price, it adds maybe 0.005 cps to the valuation of Lion ...
