Hi Diesel & Tv , Most of the points you make i agree in there validity except that nothing has really changed other than the foxes buying spree and some smoke . The Indian payment due is already factored into the sp and the company is as solid as you will ever get with a junior explorer . At this stage the only justification for the current sp is cash at bank plus value of real estate . So far with most of the drilling there does not appear to be any solid potential targets and as far as valuation of the real estate i find that to be a very confusing debate . Which deal do you base the valuation on ? (1) Windwood,s purchase ? The BUX IGO deal or the Windwood IGO deal ? Having done the figures on each it comes up with an sp of min .009c to max of .019 c . These figures imo are useless information unless for take over value .So at this point in time removing tenement value i see no support base for the current sp unless from under the smoke there appears a fire
