Interesting hypothetical... if there is a meeting of Roc shareholders to vote on the merger, and the merger is voted down, does this mean there is an effective vote of no confidence in the board and MD since they unanimously agreed to the merger (which in effect hands control of Roc to HZN) , and hence there is a possibility they will step down ?
