We are investigating the issues with respect to Airmed and taking appropriate legal advice. We have to establish that the patents are in fact being infringed, and this will need to be done prior to taking any action, as it is an offence to allege patent infringement if in fact there is no infringement.

This area of litigation to me appears to be a total minefield.I think we have come to the end of the road in terms of a private investigation into certain events at SBL.I am happy that Terry Cuthbertson is aware of what has been identified and that Alfonso Grillo[SBN company secretary]is also a partner of a well respected Melbourne law firm.Terry Cuthbertson cannot say that he is unaware of shareholder concerns.
