They ARE moving forward with this and using there existing capital to fund it. What makes you think that they aren't?
They now have multiple opportunities. The UK is covered and will move forward within the medium term.
IMO, the additional capital will be for project development which is a good thing!
I could be wrong of course but I can't see KEY management taking capital for the sake of it. Not when things are this close to fruition!
