Heard that before. The moment they get the vote across the line they will look to issue them. Probably another UK project.

But WHY?
Why not redrill and bring the UK up to higher production and rerate the SP.
Make progress on TX and retate the SP.
Make progress on Italy and rerate.

Why this desperation to dilute existing shareholders when the company is below listing price. And they will likely issue them to more sophs who will dump straight off.
Not like they have learnt a lesson there.

I have seen this time and again with juniors that fail to fire, and early indications are that KEY is heading down that path. But I will wait a while to see how it pans out before I make my decision.
