I think this would have to be ASIC driven as there is no evidence at this time to suggest any wrongdoing by directors, other than incompetence. Contacting IMF though could be worth a cracked. IMF may do some probing such as contacting former employees. But they would then say who are we suing here? If it is the directors they don't exactly have deep pockets for the damages that would be needed to even cover legal fees.
