ahjay, I believe you can rest assured that the announcements and trading will be scrutinised by ASIC and others due to the size of this in the Australian community.

My own query is why the shares were flying up for two days before the TH/suspension announcement.

No doubt all that can be done will be done.
It's horrible for shareholders, but if everyone contacts ASIC and asks to be kept up to date with any news, and puts their own concerns forward, that will at least put some things in writing.

I don't know whether the administrators will endeavour to have the company trade its way out of trouble, or whether it's gone too far and will be 'fire saled' so that is perhaps the first step decision, if it's not already known. Have to get that stage out of the way first.

I would be very surprised though if the highest departments in ASIC aren't scrutinising all the unfolding via ASX announcements and so forth.
