Managers are buying up big ATM (see last two months announcements). Definitely something in the air.

You listed some good possibilities, don't forget the linchpin deal though

This company's finances are what have sunk the SP. Once/If Linchpin had over some capital may be the market can feel more comfortable at buying stock at SP more closely aligned with the value of the assets it owns?

Does any one know the rues surrounding when directors can and cant buy to avoid insider trading scrutiny. I am sure there would be time frames involved and i am also sure PB is aware of this, hence i am not accusing, but, trying to use this as a time frame of possible news release that will finally re-rate this company.

Still a hold for me, although it is looking brighter
