Unfortunately the asx is full of less than reputable companies with dodgy boards but the real issue is there is no regulator, well not one with balls anyway.
Had to laugh about that Financial Institution in the news the other week, pump and dump, f__k me have a look at the small cap end of town. Happens every day!!!
