Given this thread was started more than 12 hours before the KEY release, and heavily thumbed down, I suspect the KEY directors had read my interpretation of the Aminex release.
Did they then actually deliberately fail to clarify the 5% Nuyni-2 interest in their ASX release, dodging the issue by merely referring to an Aminex release?
Possibly a VERY CLEVER way of avoiding responsibility, but lets see what the ASX think.
