On the UK forums they are indicating that KEY still retains the 5% interest in Nyuni #2 so presumably if that is commercial they'll carve out a Development Licence which KEY will still participate in.

If correct and presuming that Nyuni #2 is commercial, then in Tanzania we would have:

Kiliwani North Development Licence 5%
Nyuni Development Licence 5%
West Songo Songo Exploration Licence 100%
Nyuni Area Exploration Licence (existing licence plus an extra 338km2 minus the two Development Licences) 0%

Keep in mind that it has been reported that Fangove (the next exploration well expected to be drilled) would fall within the Kiliwani North Development Licence so we could potentially have 5% interest in up to 3 commercial gas fields within the next 12 months.
