Well done spotting this stock that's not talked about much on stock forums. It's kind of stock i like. No fluff.
Very good management behind this company. Their return on equity kinda sux though, so this is really an acquisition driven stock. The retirement village market is quite fragmented so there alot of opportunities for acquisitions to drive growth. Also the age demographic is highly favourable with alot more aussies becoming older and retiring.
One for the long term portfolio.
