Well I for one are investing for how the company sits today and the value it represents now at 1c per share. If the price was 2, 3 or 4cents then I would not buy.
I'm happy to buy into a turnaround/new direction when the discount is 200k EV. Other shells that are less are trading at a premium to EV (1-4m) and don't have the clean balance sheet, cash and clean capital structure as ind.
A couple of individuals struggle to grasp this concept and approach to shell investing.
If they believe the company has no hope going forward then they should grab the 1c on offer and move on (better than zero per share right). But they continue to hold - how odd?
