I'd actually prefer an answer to the questions he raised.
Why would they let themselves be bought out? The nest egg is in place and they're all involved in other ventures.
If I were one of the directors I'd also let this company run down to nothing. Nearly there anyway.
This company is good for shorters and everyone should get in on that action as I doubt there will be any other. Let it run to 2c and sell. Wait till it hits 1c again and keep that cycle going. Will try and make 30 to 40 percent each cycle.
We can all get money for nothing as well then
