    I'm no good a guessing, MM. But I agree that the deal looks good and the issue price is fair - same as last close.

    Interestingly, they do not expect the EPS to be any different than before - projected 6.4c FY13. But then the real benefits do not flow till FY14 and after - 24 month integration process expected.
