It is not the fact their is a T/O or a reverse T/O or an acquisition of a marginal asset that concerns me, I half expect that from any company.
But the apparent marginal nature of the assets, the short term debt over them and the price we are going to 'pay' relative to the price they are valuing our existing assets at has me outraged.
