Is your group going to put up a board vote again? Don't wait too long. They are likely to flog off WSS for a few pennies if you do, and who knows what else. And in that instance I doubt they will put the sales to a vote because, after all, the assets have been written down, so they are worthless, right?

I am a bit fed up with this board after this 'deal' was pulled out of the hat after we have suffered multiple years of what I consider to be poor decision making, poor disclosure, missed deadlines and hence misleading statements.

I don't care who runs this now as it is completely dead in the water for all current KEY shareholders if the board get this over the line. May as well be run by a dodgy spruiker because I expect even that sort of management will deliver a better result than this current crop of 'experienced', 'quality', 'oil men'.
