Coe more likely to get a staged ownership of that Zeta Bobocu lease. I cant find any evidence of COE ownership of Zeta or any agreement in any COE announ.(except today)
I suggest that COE will end up paying for field development for say 50-70% ownership. Zeta free carried. COE will be getting something for their $13.4m!!!
Is this perhaps positive? i just dont know.
BUT, KEY holders about to be diluted 3:1 for... what??????
