I think this is a back door deal for COE to acquire all the KEY assets at a knock down price in due course, but only, of course, if approvals are forthcoming and prior, of course, to the share price being allowed to appreciate.
Almost a billion shares on issue at the end of this 'plan' and then there are bound to be further placements (probably pro-rata as the dilution damage is being done upfront) to raise further capital.
Probably 2 billion shares on issue in around a years time.

Makes me wonder if there are some real skeletons in the closet to discount our assets to such a degree? Was administration really that close? Are the assets really worthless despite what we have been told?
