This is disgraceful by the board and distasteful as well to long shareholders.
I will not be voting for this as it is a blatant behind the scenes off table deal someone would have pocketed out of this and it's not us shareholders.
What a disgrace!
We can do better by getting rid of the board shareholders and putting the right people on board.

We don't even have the money to buy it just Ken up to his lazy tricks again to keep himself employed.
