They might just be a little concerned.
Don't really care about a DLS controlled board. They will maximise revenue just like the old board.
DLS will love to outright control ACN. It is a major pain in the bum to arrange finance, drilling, cash flow management etc for two separate entities. Even if they delist, many of the costs of having two separate companies remain.
