I don't think it's fair to paint DLS as a villain here and iterate that the price would be so low if there was confidence in what the board and management were doing. The fact is that ACN needed to raise more capital further diluting the share base.
I understand the angst but it is what it is - an opportunity to grow for DLS without any of the skulduggery seen in other TO. That's the way things go sometimes and most DLS owners know this having been subjected to this some 3 years ago and successfully defending ourselves against an unscrupulous BPT.
