In the next few weeks most of those who aren't in that category WILL accept. The only real question is will there be 90% of them - if there are DLS had numerous options to mop up the remainder which may, or may not result in the few receiving a better deal than currently offered.

To use a poker analogy, don't fold before you see the flop. For me 75% isn't the flop. 25% is no simple matter when you look at how diverse the registry is, especially further down the list.

Another thing to remember is that we are due for significant news regarding the results of the work over program. There is only so long they can sit on that information. Within the next six months (the time before a new takeover bid can be announced), the 3 well drill program should be complete. Its in no one's interest to drag the feat on that. DLS will want this TO fully resolved as quickly as possible I would imagine or else practical matters of drilling and raising finance might get very complicated.

Most would beg to differ, and have already sold, but in my personal judgement their is no point in folding prematurely.
